1. The App

PokePet Go is a pet companion app with weather, location, step, care, and collection features. Some features may require access to location or HealthKit data.

2. Your Use of the App

You agree to use PokePet Go only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app, its features, or other users’ ability to use related services.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where allowed by law
• use the app in a way that violates applicable law
• attempt to interfere with the app’s security or operation
• misuse location, weather, or HealthKit-related features

3. Collection and Unlocks

PokePet Go may include collectibles, pets, items, and other unlockable content. Unlocks are part of the app experience and may depend on weather, location, steps, care moments, or other in-app conditions.

Unlockable content is for entertainment and personalization only. We do not guarantee any specific collectible or reward.

4. Health and Location Features

If enabled, PokePet Go may read your location and step count to support app features such as weather display, walk tracking, and location-based discoveries.

You are responsible for managing permissions through your device settings.

5. Purchases

If the app later includes paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those purchases will be governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase.
